Getting there
From the airport to the reception
The marina is entered from Passeig de Joan de Borbó, through the barrier on the Moll del Rellotge. Unless the marina authorises the vehicle to go further, the driver stops at the reception, from where the marina staff guide the crew to the pontoon.
The Barceloneta is busy in summer and at weekends, and the last stretch of Passeig de Joan de Borbó can be slow. For a departure, allow 35 minutes to the airport, more at rush hour.
Next door
Port Vell, the yard and the other marinas
The MB92 shipyard and Marina Vela are a few hundred metres away, along the same quay. Many crews move between the yard and the marina at the end of a refit: book it as a transfer between the two in the price box.
Frequently asked questions
Can the driver take us onto the pontoon at Marina Port Vell?
Only where the marina allows vehicles. Otherwise the driver stops at the gate or the reception, which is usually a short walk from the pontoons. Tell us the pontoon and we agree the closest point with you.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You see it in the price box before you book and it does not change with traffic. Late night and early morning transfers cost what you see when you book.
Can you take a whole crew with their bags?
Yes, up to 22 people per vehicle and several vehicles at the same time. Enter the crew and the bags in the price box.
