The difference is at 2 am, with twelve crew and thirty bags
Most yachts already have a driver they trust for the owner and for small errands. We are the call you make when that is not enough: a crew change split over three flights, a contractor team arriving at the yard every morning for three weeks, or guests landing at the general aviation terminal at midnight.
We can send several vehicles at the same time, from a car to a 22-seat minibus, and we work every hour of the year. You see the fixed price in the box above before you book, and it does not change with traffic or the route the driver takes.
- Licensed passenger vehicles (VTC) and professional drivers, with the compulsory passenger insurance.
- Flight tracking at El Prat and Girona: the pickup moves with the real landing time.
- A sign with the guest’s name or a neutral reference you choose, never the yacht’s name unless you ask.
- Every transfer logged by GPS and invoiced with VAT, ready for the APA or the management company.
- Arrival confirmed to the purser or the captain by WhatsApp.
- One account per yacht and one invoice a month for regular work.
What is included
What every transfer includes
At the airport the driver tracks the flight and waits in arrivals. You have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, so a late flight or a long wait at baggage reclaim does not become an extra charge. At Sants station the free wait is 30 minutes, and at a marina, a hotel or any other address it is 15 minutes.
The price covers the passengers and the bags you declare. Crew travel with soft bags, tool cases and sometimes bikes or boards: tell us the real number so we send a vehicle with room for everything. Extra stops or waiting beyond the free time are agreed with you before the journey, never added by surprise.
How to book
Three ways to book
For one transfer, use the price box: choose the route, the number of people and the bags, and you see the fixed price of each vehicle that fits. You book and pay by card on this website and receive the confirmation by email.
For a crew change, fill in the crew list line by line, one line per flight, and book each line, or send the list to us on WhatsApp.
For a refit or a season, ask for a yacht account: every transfer carries the yacht’s reference and you receive one VAT invoice a month.
Frequently asked questions
Can you take a whole crew with their bags?
Yes. Up to 22 people per vehicle, and several vehicles at the same time for larger crews. Enter the number of crew and bags in the price box and you see every vehicle that fits, with its fixed price.
Do you work at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by phone and WhatsApp. Late arrivals and early departures cost the same as the price shown when you book.
Can the driver enter the marina or the shipyard?
Only where the marina or the yard allows vehicles in. Otherwise the driver stops at the gate or the pickup point that the marina uses, and we agree it with you when you book.
Can you invoice the yacht or the management company?
Yes. Every transfer is invoiced with VAT to the entity you tell us: the yacht, the management company or the agent. With a yacht account you receive one invoice a month.
What happens if the flight is late?
We track the flight and adjust the pickup. At the airport you have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free with 24 hours or more notice, with a full refund. Between 24 hours and the minimum window (3 hours on normal days, 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves) a charge may apply. Below that minimum the booking can no longer be cancelled or refunded, because the driver is already assigned.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, whatever the number of people who fit in it. For larger crews the price box shows the minibus or several vehicles, each with its fixed price.
